New Client Policy
New clients who have never been to my office, will be required to pre-pay for their first appointment.  Upon pre-payment, your request will be approved.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to go over your intake form and to answer any questions you may have.  Should you fail to show up to your appointment, or cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time, your pre-payment will be used to pay for the missed appointment.

Cancellation Policy
A phone call is required to cancel your appointment if it's within a 24 hour time frame of your scheduled appointment. Text messages and email cancellations will not be accepted, unless you hear back from me.  Technology is not always reliable.  If you are cancelling or rescheduling online in your account, the 24 hour notice is still required, for no fee.
The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who “no-show”, forget their appointment, or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period.   I understand that there are exceptions to this policy in times of emergency, so the final decision will be up to me.
If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
All cancellation fees will be collected via a square invoice emailed to you, and must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. 

​If you have purchased a pre-paid series package, one of those sessions will be deducted from the package. If you had been given a gift certificate, then it will be used for your missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
In an effort to respect your time, and mine, if you do arrive to your appointment after your scheduled time, please note that I will be deducting this amount of time from your massage session for that day.  For instance, if you have an hour scheduled and you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the full session hour with a 45 minute massage.  This is to ensure that clients scheduled after you are kept at their scheduled appointment time.  
I do enjoy chatting with clients prior to the massage session, if you also enjoy chatting, please arrive before your scheduled time so we can catch up on anything important.

Refunds
Should there be unforeseen circumstances and you have pre-paid for your session, a refund will be granted, upon request.
